This course will focus on Ethical Behavior, specifically how state law directs our actions as insurance agents. The class will be given the framework of ethical behavior and then given the state law specifically. Students will apply this knowledge to examples of unethical behavior. Discussions will include whether or not actions taken were legal and/or ethical.

Bill Morrison, LIC, LAB Agency, Canton, Michigan
Bill Morrison began his insurance career in 1985 at Executive Underwriters in Farmington Hills. He attended Central Michigan University and graduated in 1989 with a degree in Marketing. Bill and his wife Laura have been owners of the LAB Agency in Canton since 1996.
Bill has been teaching insurance classes since 1992 and has taught pre-licensing education in Michigan since 1995. Bill has taught classes from east to west, from New York to California. Bill’s unique style of teaching has helped him develop a loyal following among insurance professionals and his personal approach is why students affectionately call him “Uncle Bill”.
