  1. The homeowner will be contacted within one hour of receiving a job assignment.
  2. We will have a physical presence on the job within 4 hours of assignment for emergency losses, within 24 hours of assignment for non-emergency losses.
  3. A detailed Xactimate estimate including photographs will be provided to the insurance company within 72 hours.
  4. Daily Drying Records, including moisture content of structural materials are provided for all water mitigation services.
  5. Drying plans and moisture maps are provided. These document affected areas, unaffected areas, equipment placement, amount of equipment and types of drying equipment necessary for each project.
  6. A signed Work Authorization must be received prior to commencing any work.
  7. A certificate of satisfaction will be delivered upon completion of job.
